Is NANOTECH a chemical additive?
Nanotech is not a chemical additive – the active ingredient consists of fullerene-type particles that work based on pressure and shear.
Can I mix NANOTECH with different types of oil?
Yes, Nanotech is compatible with synthetic, semi-synthetic, and mineral oils.
This is my first time using NANOTECH. Which product should I choose?
Choose Nanotech based on your engine type (petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid) and oil capacity. We recommend a 3% concentration in engine oil.
What effect does the product have on the engine?
Key benefits include reduced wear, reduced friction, and self-regeneration of surfaces. This results in longer engine life, better efficiency, lower fuel consumption, and smoother operation.
Do I need to change the oil filter before application?
If you are changing the oil, we always recommend replacing the oil filter.
How often should I apply NANOTECH?
Apply the additive with every engine oil change to maintain its benefits.
Can I add NANOTECH to already used oil?
Yes, you can add it to new or used oil (but not to oil just before replacement).
Can I mix NANOTECH with other additives?
We do not recommend mixing different additives.
Can I use NANOTECH in a new engine?
We recommend using it after the engine break-in period and consulting your dealer regarding warranty.
Is it suitable for old engines?
Yes.
Is it suitable for modern and sports engines?
Yes.
Does the product contain chlorine?
No, Nanotech does not contain chlorine. The active component is tungsten fullerene-type particles.
Does NANOTECH affect DPF filters?
No. Nanotech does not damage DPF filters and can even help reduce oil consumption that harms them.

Is NANOTECH suitable for worn engines?
It is effective even in worn engines, but a severely damaged engine requires overhaul.
Is it suitable for hybrid vehicles?
Yes.
CPD vs CDC – what’s the difference?
Both reduce wear and friction equally. CDC additionally binds soot particles and helps keep oil cleaner.
Can it help with oil consumption?
Yes, if oil consumption is caused by mechanical wear.
Is it suitable for LPG/CNG engines?
Yes, it is suitable for petrol + LPG combinations.
Motorcycles
Can it be used with wet clutch motorcycles?
Yes, it is safe for wet clutch systems.
Is ATV usage the same as motorcycles?
If the clutch shares oil, use motorcycle version. Otherwise use automotive version.
Application
Should I use it with every oil change?
Yes, to maintain the benefits.
How often should I use the additive?
With every oil change. Otherwise, benefits gradually disappear.
Ideal application procedure
Warm the bottle to approx. 50°C, shake well, pour into a warm engine and let it run for a few minutes.
