Diesel additive

The NANOTECH additive optimises the physical and chemical properties of diesel fuel. Its surface protection mechanism, which uses tungsten particles, is fundamentally different from that of conventional EP/AW additives because it is based on the formation of a mechanically induced tribofilm rather than on the chemical conversion of the surface. The additive increases lubricity, fuel stability and combustion chamber cleanliness, resulting in significantly lower engine stress and greater operational reliability. It also protects the engine from wear and the harmful effects of bio-components that can negatively impact the fuel system.

Main function

• Cleans and lubricates the fuel system, including the injectors and high-pressure pump.
• Stabilises engine operation and increases overall efficiency.

Effects

• Increases fuel lubricity, extending the service life of injectors and all moving parts, such as pumps, pistons and valves. • Reduces wear on the high-pressure pump, injectors and valve timing.
  
  
• Cleans the fuel system by removing calcium and magnesium deposits from bio-components and reducing clogging of the EGR system, DPF and fuel filter. Prevents corrosion. In trace amounts, it helps to reduce and limit the adhesion of carbon deposits on the surface of pistons.

• It protects against corrosion and sludge formation by stabilising fuel and providing comprehensive protection.

When to use the product

Pour the additive directly into the fuel tank, ideally when refuelling – first add the additive and then fill up with regular fuel.

The product can be used all year round.

Mixing ratio and dosage

Mising ration: 1 : 500 (a slight deviation is acceptable)

• 10 ml of additive → 5 litres of diesel fuel
• 50 ml of additive (1 ensuring cup included in the package) → 25 litres of diesel fuel
• 500 ml package → sufficient for 250 litres of diesel fuel

Instructions for use

1. Shake the additive well before use to mix it thoroughly.
2. Pour it into the fuel tank before refuelling – this will mix it better with the fuel.
3. Refuel as usual.

RECOMMENDATION: Use regularly to keep the fuel system clean and maintain maximum engine efficiency.

Storage and safety:

• Class I flammable substance – do not extinguish with water.
• Protect from sunlight, frost and moisture.
• Store in the original packaging at 0–40°C.
